Summary: HOW DID YOU MAKE IT WORK WITH A 9+ FOOT TREE??
Comment: I love this stand, and had one for years until it was broken during a recent move. I decided to buy another one this year, and also upgraded my Christmas tree. The tree is 9 feet tall and I am having a difficult time getting the base to fit in the stand. I see several on here have used this rotating stand with trees taller than 8.5 feet, and I am curious as to how you made it fit.. Thx

Comment: This rotating tree stand has been around for years. I bought mine 8 years ago and it is still rotating my 10 1/2 foot tree- more then what the box says it can hold. This stand is very powerful and well built. You can choose if you want the tree to rotate or just have the lights on.
EASY to decorate. Hook up of lights EASY and sooo DURABLE that it will last for years to come

Summary: very poor shipping method
Comment: The tree stand was shipped in the cardboard box that is used to store this product. It is light weight and not that sturdy. They put an address sticker on the top of the box and shipped it that way. It was a gift and it arrived with the box all torn up and ripped. I was very embarrassed to tape up the box and give it as a new gift. It looked like something I found in the trash. I can't believe the company didn't package it before putting it in the mail. Never again will I order from them.

Comment: love the item, very hard to find in my area, went to 4 stores during the holiday season to find nothing like this. stand worked great, has two plugs for the lights and great controls for just lighting the tree and having rotation or just lights with no rotation.

Comment: The first item was shipped improper and needed to be returned. The second tree stand arrived and it is sturdy and works properly. However, we were not notified by shipper that it was returned - customer service was difficult to contact. Therefore was not received on time.
