Comment: I'm not exactly ready to give up my daily dose of Marques De Paiva breakfast blend in exchange for this, but for a 'meal in a can' it is pretty darned good.

I've tried both the powder & the ready to drink shakes - the ready to drink wins hands down for texture (no grittiness plus it is nice & thick) & convenience. I find the ready to drink also seems to keep me satisfied for longer.

The cappucino flavor is my favorite. I've found it tastes best chilled & over ice. If I squint really hard I can pretend it is an iced coffee...not of Starbucks quality but maybe a cheap one from a fast food joint.

I would recommend giving this flavor a try if you are interested in doing Slim Fast & like coffee beverages. If you hate the taste or smell of coffee, then you might be better off with the Chocolate Royale or French Vanilla.

Comment: I loved the cappuccino flavor of slim-fast, it tastes great and eliminated my need for coffee every morning. It arrived quickly, and none of the bottles were dented or anything of that sort. Be aware though that after drinking this, your pee will smell like cappuccino! =X
