Summary: Very fragile
Comment: It was okay when it worked. I had the headset about a month before it fell onto the ground when I bent over. It was dead after that, and inspection (it opens easily enough) showed a teeny tiny plastic lever that operates the power switch broke. I ordered a replacement H550 (it was cheap enough) and the replacement also didn't turn on... the same lever was broken.

Comment: Great product. I have a hearing loss so this item helps me to not miss calls because I cannot hear my cell phone ring. It's also great while I'm driving.

Comment: I've wanted one of these for about six months and finally bought one...and am disappointed.
Cons:
- Had to try twice to get it to pair up and that was with a Motorola phone.
- Is thicker than I'd expected.
- Wasn't at ALL secure on my ear. This was what clinched it for me. The speaker is flush with the case so there's nothing to push into my ear to stabilize it. It just hangs over my ear and dangles next to my face. I tried to push it against my face for some stability but it didn't stay. It only took me shaking my head no, gently, for it to start swinging a little bit back and forth. Finally, I reached to try to adjust it and it just fell off my ear, the hook having worked its way into a position where it could do that.
Pros:
+ I bought the shiny gold one and it is pretty, I'll give it that.
+ The audio quality coming in was quite acceptable.
I don't know how it sounded to callers because I took it off for good before I ever even got that far. No point in trying to find out how it sounds if I know I won't be using it.

Comment: The bluetooth sounded good before I bought it. At first, it was working well but I have noticed that now on multiple occasions it stops being connected to my phone. I have to mess around with it and the phone to get it to work again. One time its blue light stayed on despite the device being off and it didn't work. I'm not sure how it started working again. It also is not a good fit for my ear with any of the three rubber ear holders. Overall, I would not recommend this bluetooth headset.
