Summary: Great Stuff. Good price.
Comment: I have suffered from IBS for years. Tried a lot of stuff. Pepto Bismol helped but was not a preventive. I have been taking 2 capsules a day for about 3 weeks or so and things have calmed down considerably.
Not only that but my arthritis seems to have calmed down too, but I will have to see whether it helps the arthritis during the winter season.
I had heard about peppermint oil's benefits but am truly surprised that all that was said seems to be true. I originally just tried it to sweaten my breath.

Summary: cheaper than heathers stuff!!!!
Comment: if u are going to try peppermint if u have irritable bowl constipation this does work this is way cheaper than Heathers stuff so please try this instead i saved a ton of money thanks!

Comment: I read that this would help my nervous stomach. I deal with a lot of high pressure in my line of work and don't always eat perfectly and even when I do I have issues because of the high stress in front me at times. I tried them on a whim and I can't tell you what a huge difference I have experienced! I still think you need to eat properly and that this is not a magic bullet for a crappy diet, but if you have trouble with digestion even though you are conscious of what you eat, these are for you! Great product, fast acting and truly amazing. I use a lot of products from NOW and feel very confident in the quality and value of everything that they make.
