Spotlight customer reviews:

Customer Rating: Summary: Dr. Weil Vitamins Comment: It's a great product that I have jused for years. The Dr. Weil Vitamins are excellently formulated with the purest ingredients.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good vitamins. Comment: What more can I add to the ingredients label? These are good, powerful multivitamins. I've not used ones that come in daily packs (three tablets per one day supply), and I found that a bit of a hassle. But if you want more than the typical 100% everything vitamin, that's how it goes.
Customer Rating: Summary: One of the better multi's available Comment: Granted, no multivitamin is perfect, but Andy did quite a few things right here. No pre-formed A, a nice dose of Lutein and Lycopene. Of course, good forms, chelated minerals and such.
Probably the best things included here are the 30mg of CoQ10 (a powerful and expensive antioxidant), and an expensive, oil based form of Vitamin E with mixed tocopherols and mixed tocotrienols. The only other products I know that include these forms are Invites (which was developed by Andy) and one from Canyon Ranch (where Andy used to work). Both similarly priced.
On the down side, he could have included higher doses of Vitamin D, B12, and Pantothenic acid, that many people need. And, there's a bit too much Selenium (more is not always better).
Probably the biggest mistake is that he put too much Beta Carotene in the product. 15,000 IU is probably too much. Certainly studies at 25,000 IU show increased cancer rates. At least he didn't go that high.
But overall, one of the better multivitamins out there. You can pay a lot more... and get a lot less elsewhere.
Customer Rating: Summary: hard to find Comment: My wife and I love this product and use it as our main source of vitamins. The problem is that it is becoming harder and harder to find in the stores. Consequently, today I went to Dr. Weil's own website to begin ordering it there and,low and behold, it is also not available on Dr. Weil's own site...Please Dr. Weil, I know you believe in this product as we do so help us obtain it by making it easier to purchase. We also add the Omega 3 fish oil as well...Best Dean Pratt
