Summary: GREAT ITEM BUT DELICATE
Comment: This is the 5th Vidalia Chop Wizard I have purchased. I use it in my small resturant. Nothing is better to make Pico de Gallo.
I use it for everything from dicing onions and tomatoes to ham for omlettes and salads.
The only problem I have had is the clear plastic base cracks if top is not fitted on just right. After breaking 3, I am very careful. I also broke one when it was dropped. But I will always replace because it is such a great kitchen tool. I actually bought 2 this time, just in case!
