Summary: Perfect Release for Gluten Free items
Comment: These are the perfect size muffin - not the giant Texas size you see in bakeries but bigger than bite size. Since I only bake gluten free, these are an inexpensive solution that solve many common problems.

1)I don't find cupcake papers expensive, but I hate that they stick to most GF muffins.

2)They wash up so easily that it's not a problem for those that don't have a dishwasher. Greasing muffin pans will ensure your muffin comes out, but cleaning the cups of the muffin tin isn't my idea of a good time.

3) They are super easy to store, a real plus for my Manhattan kitchen.

4) The silicone muffin pans I've bought all seem to think that bigger is better. The problem with that is that bigger isn't better when it comes to my hips!

I have made the same recipe with these liners using them two differnt ways. First by put them on small sheet pan and then using them as you would paper liners. They worked both ways, but I got a higher rise using them inside the pan. This is understandable since I was using a SCD recipe (almond flour based) so the batter is a bit on the heavy side. They didn't get too out of shape because while the batter pushed at the sides, the silicone is substantial enough that I didn't get what I call the "hockey puck" effect that some of the thinner silicone products produce.

I remove the liners prior to freezing only because I don't want to buy more than one set and I want to be sure my son's don't toss the liners as if they were disposable wrappers!

Summary: Wilton Easy Flex Silicone Baking Cups
Comment: These work pretty well, I have used them several times to make various muffins and cupcakes. The only drawbacks are that they are difficult to clean, especially when you make angel food cake in them, and that the plastic has gotten sort of browned on the bottom of a few of the cups, which looks gross. But they serve their purpose and I will continue to use them.

Summary: Easy Muffins - No more paper cups sticking to the muffins
Comment: This is the best invention since sliced bread. I like to make muffins and freeze them for company. This makes it so simple, just spray the cups with PAM and pour your batter. When the muffins are done, they slip right out of the silicone baking cup and I'm ready to make batch two. They clean up with soap and water. It could not be any easier. What I especially like is the fact that when I used paper liners, sometimes the paper would peel off half the muffin and it was not a neat proposition. This makes the muffin come out perfect every time.

Summary: great baking cups!
Comment: I'm very pleased with these baking cups. I use them mostly for muffins, but they work great and the muffins come out easily (as long as you let them cool a little first) with no cooking spray. It's nice to not be going through so many paper muffin cups all the time. You do have to wipe them out before putting them in the dishwasher because the water doesn't get all the crumbs out since they're so lightweight.

Summary: Great baking silicon muffins cups
Comment: I used them in a muffins pan they replace perfectly the paper cups. Not sure they should be used alone on a cookie plate like some did! They come off easily, do not stick to the muffins and are easy to clean after letting them soak in soapy water.
