My mother suffers from swollen ankles and knee pain which she has seen many different doctors to try to find relief. I finally sent her to a naturopath as a desperate measure and when she started using this lotion on her knees and ankles she got dramatic results. It has some effect on aches and pains as well. Something to keep in every medicine chest. It is wonderful for taking down swelling without having to take a lot of internal medication. It also takes away bruising almost instantly. Wonderful stuff! Ordering online is much more economical than buying it at my health food store.
