Comment: All the Digimon learns only one attack.Pokemon has more attacks and sometimes can learn more than 4 attacks.
Digimon are soooooooooo ugly.Pokemon are soooooooooo cute.
Digimon are poorly designed.Pokemon have unique designs.
Some Pokemon can talk too.Meowth from team rocket can talk and is much smarter.
Ash and his friends cant get killed by Numemons if they are in the Digiworld.Ash's Pikachu could kick the crap out of Numemons because all what Numemons would do is throw poop at people.(That is so dumb)If the Digidestined were in the Pokeworld they would certainly lose to strong Pokemon trainers with like six stong Pokemon.
Digimon are scarier like Devimon who has red evil eyes that could make babies start to cry.Pokemon are much funnier bacause in the tower of terror episode Gastly Haunter and Gengar are so funny they make babies laugh.(these ghost Pokemon are soooooooooo funny it they crack me up)
Just because Pokemon is more popular than Digimon doesnt mean you can insult Pokemon.Pokemon is tons more better than Digimon.
Pokemon has more better songs than Digimon.All the Digimon seasons songs are always like(Digimon Digital monsters Digimon are the)crap music.Pokemon has better music because they dont repeat every same music on each Pokemon season.
So what if the Digidestineds get more strategies later on.Pokemon has way more strategies not on only the anime but on the games too.
Pokemon is not a copycat.Digimon copied Pokemon because Pokemon came in 1995 and Digimon came in 1997.Go look it up on wikipedia and see if you believe me.

Summary: One of Digimon's Best
Comment: I'm fifteen years old and have been "into" digimon for about six years now.
This has the best digimon tape avalible. I love the "Digimon Emporer" bit and I have to admit I got a bit emotional watching "Genisis of Evil". Parents, if you can look past the at times idiotic humor of the english dub please sit and watch it with your kids. My best friends mom did and she became rather hooked, watching it even when we weren't in the house.
If I had to pick a favorite episode it would be Genisis of Evil. Which, (as far as I'm conserned) The only digimon episode without much action. But that doesn't make it any less enjoyable. Its entire focus is on Ken (and abit on his parents dealing with having him dissapear after being gone for so long) and why he became the emporer in the first place. There is quite some depth into Ken's character making him one of Digimon's most complex (next to Kouichi and Kouji from Digimon Frontier)
However I shall warn you if you are just now buying the tape with no past knowldge of the anime, please watch some episodes on youtube or something as you will be completly lost. But if you have past knowldge of Digimon, sit back and enjoy.

Comment: . It does not focus arounf fighting. That's definitely in there, but it's not completely focused around pointless battles.
. The characters. They are realistic, have varying personalties, and have realistic problems: being the new kid with no friends (Zoe, Frontier), feeling like she needs to be the best because she thinks her mom doesnt like her, simce shes never home (Rika-Tamers), parents divorce (Kouiji and Kouichi-Frontier). controversial: the relationship between the kids and threir digimon: was great, i loved it. but i still love frontier because it had plenty of chatracter developement

all digimon but Baby and In[-Training levels have more than one attack. some even have EIGHT attacks.
There are cute Digimon to. looks vary in both.
yeah right. both franchises reuse designs. but digimon does that a lot LESS.
pokemon cant even talk. and for smart, the best example is Renamon in Tamers. but, being smart doeant make hem great. its the loing range of personalities, each as real as the kids'.
the kids are in an entire new world, unlike pokemon, and still survive. u cant even compare these because ash, misty, and brock are on EARTH. there are POKEMON HOSPITALS AND OTHER THINGS to help them. sure, digidestined have allies, but nothing like pokemon.the kids and their digimon make it on their own in the wild. ash, misty and brock would be killed by NUMEMON if they entered the Digital World.
digimon are funnier, alot because of how they dont understand things (Guardromon), and personalities (like Terriermon). (Yes, digimon have opersonalities and end up understanding human ways more) ex:
Kazu: Ah, great! Im not even dating and i alreafy have to deal with 2 sad girls!
Guardromon: ONCE YOU START DATING IM SURE YOULL MAKE MANY GIRLS SAD!

no they dont. digimon has better songs. but, hey, thats a minor thing anyway.
digimon kids dont know where the heck they are, they start getting used to uit and making more strategies later on, but GIVE THEM CREDIT. the only reason pokemon survive smoother is that they KNOW where they are and LIVE there. they wouldnt stand a chance in the digiworld.
yes, its the copycat. see copyright dates. digimon started in 1996 0r 1997, i forget which. and, if digi were the copycat, it would SUCK. and it rox,. poke sux.
