Customer Rating: Summary: Real Phones Comment: It's a plesure to have a real phone after going through so many cordless type phones with bad connections, it's a pleasure
Customer Rating: Summary: a rip off Comment: Received my phone and connected it and everytime I used it, you could hear beeping on the line. Emailed the company wanted to exchange for another phone. They said they dont do that, I needed to send the phone back. I called them hoping to get a different reply, and asking about the shipping cost.
She said it would depend on the condition of the phone, the phone was brand new, I tried to explain to her that the phone was defective. I sent the phone back and they refunded me for just the cost of the phone. I paid more in shipping charges then what I paid for the phone.
Customer Rating: Summary: Very phone-like! Comment: If you're looking for a basic phone that rings and can be dialed from, this is the telephone for you!
Customer Rating: Summary: Not like the "old" AT&T phones. Comment: Still a nice phone with good sound quality, but without the weight in the cradle and handset, which was partially what I was looking for when ordering AT&T. Also, the keypad light is dim and uneven, unlike the previous evenly lit AT&T models I pourchased in the late 90's and early 00's.
Customer Rating: Summary: trimline phone Comment: I bought this phone for my guest bedroom as I was looking for a good quality basic phone...the quality is above average compared to other phones I checked out in the same price range.
