Because:
1- Is very short (Less than one hour).
2- Jude's death was VERY STUPID.
3- The voice of OPPSY DAISY was changed and it was very bad acted.
4- The story was extremly cheap than the first one.P.S: Just don't watch it!!!!!!!!

Summary: Fun but ridiculous
Comment: This is one of those so-bad-it's-good movies. The plot, which involves a little space alien cop and his girlfriend battling demon-possesed toys, is incredibly stupid. The acting isn't much better. Evan with all this, you will have a lot of fun with this movie. Guranteed!
