Comment: Become a Better You: 7 Keys to Improving Your Life Every Day by Joel Osteen is a book that helps one discover their destiny in life. Each one of us has a specific purpose in life and this book helps you find yours. There is a spiritual solution to any problem. The book helps you think in a more positive way about yourself and about life in general.
I found a new book that helped me discover hope in this world of such uncertainty, entitled "The Enlightenment, What God Told Me After One Million Prayers: A Message for Everyone," by John H. Eagan. I just finished it. It's really great and deals with God, the creator, Jesus' teachings, and His Passion. It brought me to tears. I think the Joel's book will really enjoy The Enlightenment.

Comment: The ideas in this book are sort of self-help 101. And the ideas by themselves can be helpful. Osteen however places them in a Christian context. Like Rick Warren's book, being a believer is a fundamental requirement to the argument. Not for non-believers (and unfortunately it is likely to increase the distance between believer and non-believers).

Comment: I have been long searched for better for myself and couldn't find followed my son's untimed death 16 1/2 months back til my best friend,Philip Moos stated and suggested me to read this book. I read thru and found this to be very helpful to handle myself after his death so unbearablely. Philip is one that's who pulled me out little by little,
I'm doing so ironly okay and will always grateful to my friend,Philip & I will never forget his suggests and helps he provided me.I would recommend to everyone who search for the best out of this life to read this book.

Comment: i have read all his books and love them; but why is Allah never mentioned? I find it sad that he had not given any credit to the God of Islam. Why are there no kid books about Allay and why not in Allah We trust on a few coins. Why are Islamic books not required in the public schools.
