Summary: Wonderful bread!!
Comment: I've made bread by the hand kneading method as well as in a bread machine but this bread is by far the tastiest and easiest. Very simple instructions and it makes it so easy to have fresh baked bread in a very short time. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in trying their hand at breadmaking. I've bought several copies as gifts!!

Comment: I really enjoy having home made bread baking in the oven and this book makes it easy and quick to do and the breads are delicious. Put the ingredients together, absolutely no kneading required, wait a couple of hours and presto, it's ready to bake. The recipes are mostly for 4-1 pound loaves and the left over dough can be refrigerated for days to weeks and ready for use. I've tried many of these recipes and fine them all to be delicious and enjoyed by all.

Comment: This is so much fun. There definitely was a bit of a learning curve forming the dough into loaves but it only took me a few loaves before I had that all figured out. Now, it is so easy. The best part is you can make a loaf for 2 or for 6 depending on how much you use. Nothing is better than the smell and taste of hot bread. I have only tried the basic recipe but I have added olives and garlic. So good that my son thinks it's the best olive bread he has ever had!! Enjoy.
